Introduction and Intake
Your members/employees will virtually meet their dedicated Case Nurse and provide them with all relevant medical information. Their Case Team will assess and summarise the medical information on their behalf and will refer them to additional tests if necessary.
Evaluation and Consultation
Their dedicated Case Doctor will consult on their behalf with world leading multidisciplinary specialists to ensure they reach the right diagnosis and implement the best possible treatment.
Recommendation and Plan
Based on multidisciplinary specialists’ opinions, the Case Doctor will share the summary of recommendations with them and their treating doctor and will support them during the decision-making process. Upon need, Medix will refer them to the leading specialists locally, wherever they live.
Ongoing Support
Their Case Team will help them coordinate their medical appointments and provide ongoing support throughout their medical journey, for a minimum period of three months. Upon need, their case may be extended for an additional period of time.

Unlike a typical second opinion service, Personal Medical Case Navigation offers medical and emotional support throughout your entire journey, for a minimum of three months and up to a year or longer, as needed. Rather than offer an individual specialist’s advice, we gather multiple opinions from local and global specialists and synthesise them to provide a 360-degree view and clarity. This patient-centric, expert-led approach empowers you to make decisions to achieve the best possible health outcomes.

This service doesn’t replace or undermine your doctor, but rather supplements and enhances your care. We work fully in collaboration with your treating medical team on a treatment plan and then monitor it throughout your journey, which helps you to move forward with confidence.
